The following are exact quotes from the City of Anaheim's records in regards to Environmental Impact Reports ( better known as E.I.R.'s) filed between 1970 and 1975:
A.) E.I.R. #80 - Page #56 to #57, Landslides: "On the Nohl Ranch (Anaheim Hills), areas characterized by irregular undulating ground bulging downslope below steepsided concave depressions have been mapped as landslides. This condition is prevalent on the north slopes. Therefore, landslides are abundant on the north slopes, although a few landslides have developed on the south in highly fractured bedrock."
"On the Nohl Ranch (Anaheim Hills), landslides range from a few feet across with a volume of less than 500 cubic yards to 700 to 1400 feet in dimension involving many tens of thousands of cubic yards of debris. About ten landslides still exhibit fissures, distinct scarps and boundaries, and little erosion. Such landslides have been placed in the 'recent' category and are probably unstable both laterally and vertically."
B.) E.I.R. #145 - Page #9, B. Geology: "Evidence of faulting is present at the northeast portion of this site," (Avenida de Santiago).
C.) E.I.R. #145 - Page #10, D. Landsliding: "The presence of two landslides on the north-facing slopes of Lots 20 through 23 has been suggested by the geologist." (Avenida de Santiago)
D.) E.I.R. #116 - Page #11, Landsliding: "The presence of two landslides on the north-facing slopes of Lots 24 through 27 has been suggested by the geologist." (Avenida de Santiago)
While 'A' and 'B' show, beyond a doubt, that where we live is pocked with numerous active landslides -- knowledge that the City of Anaheim has had and kept from us since the early 1970's -- 'C' and 'D' pinpoint the exact actual location of 2 landslides on the north-facing slopes of Lots 20 through 27 on Avenida de Santiago. Lot 27 is the Friedman's lot -- where the slide originated. Lots 26, 25, and 24 is the 'No Name' cul-de-sac that is constantly tearing away from the hill. Lot 23 is Arlan Steiner's, which has suffered extensive damage. Lot 22 is Lou Delmonico's, where the street has begun to fissure and sink. Lots 21 and 20 are also showing extensive damage.
Not only did the City of Anaheim have prior knowledge of what was going to happen -- but they also knew where it was going to happen!
Yet the politicians say this disaster is an act of God!
That's because they think they are He!
